A healing practice that can help return you to balance.

This energy work typically brings stress reduction, relief from pain and anxiety, and a great sense of well-being. It supports our natural ability to heal by encouraging balance.

 

Reflexology

Reflexology uses pressure points on the hands and feet to promote relaxation, reduce tension, improve circulation, sleep, and support normalized function in the body.

 

Aroma Touch

The use of essential oils aimed at improving both health and mood.  This treatment is done on the hands, back and feet to promote healing.
