Kristin came to practice yoga as a long distance runner over 5 years ago looking for strength and flexibility training. Over time, her love of yoga grew and became a daily practitioner.
She believes yoga is for everybody! Her teaching is based on her love of Ashtanga yoga focusing on alignment, muscle engagement and offering modifications so practice can be enjoyed at all levels.
She enjoys spending time with her family, spending time at the beach, traveling this great big world, and her rescue boxer dog
