Hit & Run

As the name implies, this class will get you moving leaving you feeling energized and focused.

A perfect start to your day.

All levels

 

Every Body

You can expect a steady, challenging flow-vinyasa style.  This will target and condition your entire body.

Modifications are provided to make this practice suitable for everybody.

Special attention will be given to proper alignment, breathing and gentle hands-on adjustments are possible.

Vinyasa Clinic

You can expect a steady flow of practice. We'll focus on an area of the body and take time to break down a pose for a deeper understanding of how the pose works for you. Special attention will be given to correct alignment and gentle hands-on adjustments are possible.

 

If you're new to the practice, this class is great for you because we'll be breaking it down. For the seasoned yogi, you can take this all the way!

Perfect for ALL LEVELS. 

 

Hot Body

Turn up your inner heat to detox your body and mind by purging built-up toxins that become trapped in our bodies. The room will also be heated more than normal for maximum burn. This Vinyasa practice will target your entire body.

All levels.

*Possible items needed: water and a towel.

 

Not encouraged for second or third trimester of pregnancy

Consult your doctor if you have blood pressure or heart issues.

 

Yoga Conditioning

Expect a high energy class with upbeat, motivating music.  Use your own body weight to get the job done. No machines needed. Total body conditioning. You will definitely detox and burn. Great for yogis, yogis-to-be, and non-yogis alike!

Ashtanga

Primary Series

If you’re not familiar with this practice, you can expect a steady, challenging flow.

The same series of poses are done in sequence and rhythm. With continued practice, this gives you the opportunity to learn and gain a deeper understanding of the practice and ultimately a deeper connection to you. Be patient with yourself and this practice. The repetitive nature can be comforting and frustrating all at the same time. It’s really a life-long journey; to be done over an extended period of time. A marathon, not a sprint.

Ashtanga Inspired

Don’t let the name scare you! This practice will focus on sun salutations and a steady flow. Each class will focus on an aspect of this disciplined practice breaking down a pose or section for a better understanding of how it’s done. (Examples: pull backs, jump through, backbends, shoulderstand, headstand)

TGIF

This energizing vinyasa practice is the perfect mid-day pick-me-up, work break, or kick-off to your weekend. By taking this time to breathe and move, you will purge built up toxins, recharge and focus your mind, body, and soul, direct you inward, help you be present, and lead you to a moment of peace.

If you’re breaking from work, this 45 minute class will give you time to duck out and make it back to work.

Modifications provided, gentle hands-on adjustments possible.

Power Vinyasa-Hippy

Every day is a great day when you get to practice! The instructor will lead you in a practice that will challenge you physically, mentally, & emotionally and may even get you moving spiritually for a complete body tap-in. This practice will focus on building strength and increasing flexibility in the hips, thighs, and legs. The overall focus on deep hip openers paired with breathing techniques using your entire core, calms the nervous system, helps with emotionality, and reducing stress which brings more peace.

The answers lie within, sometimes we just need a minute.

Special attention will be given to alignment and gentle hands-on adjustments are possible.

 

ALL LEVELS, especially athletes with tight muscles, runners, aging bodies, those with stiff backs & hips, anxiety or emotional issues. Ideal for anyone pursuing a deeper knowledge of the practice.

**Wonderful for pregnancy with modifications provided for twisting.

 

 

 

Soul Sunday

The instructor will be practicing on their mat along with you.

Less talk, more action and an inspiring playlist.

 

If you're new to the practice, this is a great class for you because you can see how the poses are done. For the seasoned yogi, you have the opportunity for a more meditative practice.

Slow Flow

Slow sun salutations and poses with longer holds will cleanse the body and mind, while recharging the soul. Deep tissue work will help release, stretch and lengthen tight muscles and overworked bodies.

Slowing down is not something many of us like to do or take time for. But just as the sun has the moon, the yang has the yin. Recharging is a gift you can give to you.

This is a perfect class if you're beginning your yoga journey.

Beginners Vinyasa

If you’re just starting your yoga journey, this is the class for you. Expect a complete breakdown of sun salutations and poses along with an introduction to the language and philosophy of the practice. Have no fear, you will be guided through your every move, so take your first step and join us!
